Of the seven only one remains, Great Pyramid of Giza, which still draws many visitors each year.
The list of the seven wonders was a put together long ago as a must see for those who traveled in ancient times.
They were the best the world had to offer at the time and some still are unknown with a lot of speculation if some even existed.
While the fate of the pyramids and statue of Zeus are known the hanging gardens are thought to not have existed at all.
There are several documentaries on the seven wonders with one from the history channel one of the better presentations.
It is an older documentary but gives a very good insight into what the ancient structures were.
